You dont need to be flexible to practice yoga, on the contrary, yoga will help you gain flexibility over time with consistent practice.
Imagine you want to get from one place to another for the first time with out a map, directions or some kind of guide. It would take you time and you eventually would get there. But it would be so helpful to ask someone that has traveled there before and knows clearly the way. In case there are many people who say they have been there before, you might have to trust the person that you connect more with, to lead you in the right direction.
The answer is everyone! You don´t need any experiencie in yoga, acrobatics nor thai massage,Because in AcroYoga we learn step by step and there is always someone to watch your safety & body aligment.
No. In AcroYoga you are part of a community IN WHICH YOU GIVE AND RECEIVE SUPPORT. Actually we don´t practice in pairs, we practice in trios, because there is always a base, a flyer and a spot.
